Mike Huckabee, once an aspiring candidate for president, will be releasing a book just two weeks after the November general elections. In it, he will both discuss his failed bid for the presidency and share his strategy for rebuilding the conservative movement in the United States.

Sentinel, an imprint of Penguin Group announced plans to publish the as yet untitled manuscript. The book is slated to hit bookstore shelves on November 18. The publisher refused to comment on how much Huckabee would be paid for the book.

In an interview with the Associated Press, Will Weisser of Sentinel said, “There’s going to be a lot of untold stories and untold anecdotes. But the other part is the governor’s vision for the future of American politics and society and what should we be working towards? How does the (Republican) party become more unified?”

Huckabee served as governor of Arkansas for over a decade and, despite early primary successes, was unable to raise enough money or voters to keep his White House bid alive.

While his political future may be uncertain, Huckabee is no stranger to the publishing world. In 2006, he published “From Hope to Higher Ground,” which talked about his policies and ideas. He also wrote a book about weight loss entitled, “Quit Digging Your Grave With a Knife and Fork.” Huckabee is famous for having lost 100 pounds after being diagnosed with diabetes.
